SDC Trailers are designed and built to provide operators with years of trouble-free and reliable service.

This manual will provide you with a clear and concise schedule for the required maintenance of your new SDC Skeletal Trailer.

By following this schedule the working life of the trailer will be long and safe.

LOAD TRANSFER SYSTEM
1.	At 20'-00" position only, push load transfer button to deflate front air bags.
2.	Front axle air-bags will inflate automatically when speed exceeds 10 Kph.


CAUTION
1.	Ensure locking pins are fully engaged before moving off.
2.	Pull load transfer button to re-inflate front axle air bags (in the event of an ABS failure).
TRAILER SLIDING SUSPENSION - OPENING INSTRUCTIONS
1.	Apply the trailer park brakes.
2.	Push locking pin button to retract locking pins.
3.	Slide front section forward or back to the desired location.
4.	Pull the locking pin button to lock the pins into location.
5.	CAUTION - Check to ensure locking pins are engaged.
6.	Release trailer park brakes.
