1. Design

Your trailer is designed and customised using the latest 3D solid modelling and stress analysis software.
2. Fabrication

Laser and plasma cutters controlled directly from CAD system precisely cut all metalwork for a perfect fit.
3. Chassis Preparation

All chassis undergo a fully automated shot blasting process leaving a clean, smooth, rust free surface ready for paint.
4. Paint

Our trailer units set the standard in terms of appearance and long-term durability. Using the Nexa autocolour Turbo Plus system, a technologically advanced 2 pack product over a fully shot blasted and pre-drilled chassis frame, our trailers will look good longer and enhance residual values.
5. Assembly

The body is bolted to the chassis rather than welding it which avoids breaking the paint seal and adding to the life of the trailer. This allows for easy accident repair, meaning the trailer is off the road for the minimum amount of time, saving time and money.
6. Quality Control

All trailers are fully inspected by a team of Quality Engineers before leaving the factory. Electronics, Suspension and braking systems are tested using the latest Computer Diagnostic Software.
