The SDC range of straight or step frame curtainsiders is extensive. Standard model ranges include fixed or sliding roof: standard curtainsider, euroliner, mega curtainsider as well as the new sloping front.
Some key features of SDC's Curtainsider
• Flush fitting doors: with integral locks optimising space for up to 34 pallets and giving a clean face for sign writing.
• Extruded Aluminium cant rail unique to SDC pre stressed and designed to maintain a correct side aperture and create minimum friction and maximum ease of operation of curtains, posts and sliding roof.
• Side mounted full length sliding posts specially manufactured to eliminate risk to the operator during opening and closing.
• Flush one-piece front GRP bulkhead with wrap-around corners increasing curtain protection and allowing for secure pole location with maximising weather protection.
• Rolled Heavy duty flush steel rear pillars providing maximum hinge protection minimising damage.
• Bolt-on aluminium side guards with fixed or folding options.
• Interlocked hardwoods floor fitted as standard with options of a variety of aluminium and steel in-lays and overlays.
• 2 x 2 weave curtain ensuring a secure quality load restraint and quality finish.
• Load restraint options: centre or side roof mounted, other options include spider strap system to suit a variety of loads including roll cages.
• Second deck options: fixed, centre swivel, butterfly, or the versatle ratchet.
• Buckleless tensioning system with manual or air operation.
Other options include:
Insulation, wide lathe shutter doors, interior lighting, load restraints, tailored floor options and specialist interior fittings to suit all manner of operations and loads.
