Breakdown Assist
An essential part of any back up service is a 24-hour breakdown service, and to prove that SDC take this very seriously we have set up a breakdown scheme in partnership with Fleet Rescue.
The service integrates SDC’s comprehensive agent network in order to try and ensure roadside assistance is carried out by an SDC agent. The service is also supported by the Fleet Rescue’s commercial network.
The service recognises your SDC trailer by a validation request for the individual chassis number. This allows identification and prompt and accurate invoicing for maintaining your service and maintenance costs
(If the breakdown is deemed warranty SDC Trailers Ltd. will credit the invoice. SDC Trailers decision is final in all cases.)
