Breakdown Assistance

When you have taken delivery of your new trailer you need to know that there is service and/or repair back up available, wherever you are, around the clock.

An essential part of any back up service is having a 24-hour breakdown service available.  To prove that SDC take this very seriously, we have set up a breakdown scheme in partnership with Fleet Rescue.

The service integrates SDC's comprehensive agent network in order to try and ensure roadside assistance is carried out by an SDC agent. The service is also supported by the Fleet Rescue's commercial network.

The service recognises your SDC trailer by a validation request for the individual chassis number. This allows identification and prompt and accurate invoicing for maintaining your service and maintenance costs
(If the breakdown is deemed warranty SDC Trailers Ltd. will credit the invoice. SDC Trailers decision is final in all cases.)
