- In-house training: SDC's team of expert training personnel cover a range of modules from piping and wiring, welding, painting, flooring and trailer bodywork. Management training is also provided by Sureskills.
- Welding Apprenticeship: Achieve industry recognized qualifications through a 12 week Welding Apprenticeship program.
- Career encode: SDC in collaboration with the NRC, offer a placement program for school leavers to complete a higher level apprenticeship in Computing.
