Between 2012 and 2023, SDC Truck & Trailer Parts opened thirteen new locations including Cork, New Ross, Dublin, Newbridge, Newry, Lurgan, Belfast, Omagh, Glasgow, Haydock, Warrington, Doncaster and Mansfield. Their strategic expansion is driven by a goal to have a regional depot within reach of every operator - a testament to the company's dedication to meet the needs of their customers.
In 2018, the company established their first branch in England with the opening of a depot in Warrington, which has since been developed into a central hub for surrounding franchise partners in Warrington, Doncaster and Haydock.

By facilitating smoother workflows, it affords employees additional time and resources to focus on upskilling and training, ensuring timely deliveries and further enhancing operations.
